California Living Will Form
Do you remember the Schiavo case… where the woman was on years of life-support and no one could figure out who had authority to speak for her. Don’t let this happen to you.
For those of you in CA, you can get an easy to fill-out copy of the CA Advanced Health Care Directive (aka a living will) from my site at link below that will absolutely prevent you from being a Schiavo case.

Get this, print it, fill it out, have it witnessed (I go to my bank where they know me) make some copies. Give them to your docs and friends and family. In CA you do NOT file with a court or anyone else, nor do you need a lawyer and you do not need a notary and there is no fee.
This will take you 15 minutes and could save your family years of heartbreak. When I write a health case or life policy I make sure my victims (oops, I mean clients) fill this out in front of me. (It can be changed at any time by making out a new one.)
